Supported agents
BuildAutomaton uses the Agent Client Protocol (ACP). We support any agent that implements ACP, including:
- Cursor, Claude Code, Cline, Codex CLI, and others

Install popular agents
Install the agent on the same machine that runs the BuildAutomaton CLI, and add its type under bridge settings in the app. Official install guides for common choices:
- Cursor
- Claude Code
- Kiro (ACP)
- Other ACP-compatible agents (see the protocol list above)
