SQL sessions

sqlSessionPlugin stores session records on a named SQL schema (default work). Use it on Cloudflare with Cloudflare SQL or doSqlStorePlugin. It does not touch the filesystem.

Worker host installs this when you pass a work Durable Object storage binding.
